Service coordination

Surya Home Care coordinates home healthcare services based on the care information you provide and the availability of qualified professionals. A final care plan is confirmed before service begins.

Medical emergencies

Home care is not a substitute for emergency medical response. If someone has a life-threatening emergency, call 112 immediately. Please keep the care team informed of urgent changes.

Fees and payment

Pricing and payment terms are shared before service starts. Changes to hours, scope or equipment may change pricing, and we will explain those changes clearly.

Family responsibilities

Please share accurate care information, maintain a safe home environment for care visits and treat our professionals with respect. We may pause services if safety is at risk.
