Arranging care
We arrange home care based on the information you give us and the availability of suitable staff. The service, timings and cost are agreed with you before care begins. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Emergencies
Home care is not an emergency service. If someone has a life-threatening emergency, call 108 or 112 immediately. Please tell us promptly about any major change in the patient's condition.
Charges and payment
Charges and payment terms are shared before care starts. If the hours, scope of care or equipment change, the charges may change, and we'll explain this before it happens.
Your part
Please give us accurate information about the patient's needs, keep the home safe for our staff, and treat them with respect. We may pause care if anyone's safety is at risk.
