How soon can someone start?
It depends on the service and your area. A single visit is quicker than 24-hour care. Tell us the date and we'll give you a clear answer.
Nurse or caretaker: what's the difference?
A nurse does medical work like injections, drips and dressings. A caretaker helps with bath, food, toilet and walking.
Will I know the cost first?
Yes. We tell you the full cost before anything starts. Nothing begins until you say yes.
Does a 24-hour caretaker need food and a place to stay?
Yes. Families usually give meals and a place to rest. We'll explain before we start.
What if the person isn't right for us?
Tell us. We'll talk and change the person if needed.
Do you come to my area?
We're in Tambaram East and cover all of Chennai. Tell us your area and we'll confirm.
I live abroad. Can I arrange care for my parents?
Yes. We'll need a local contact, and we'll agree how to keep you updated.
Will they speak Tamil?
Tell us your family's language. We keep it in mind when choosing who to send.
Can I rent a hospital bed or oxygen?
Yes. Tell us what the doctor suggested. We'll share rent, deposit and delivery details first.
Is this for emergencies?
No. In an emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.
Does the form confirm a booking?
No. It only asks us to call you back.
